I generally stay in 4 star hotels but I’ve never experienced a Marriott property before. I stayed here yesterday & for the first time I even did an extended check out time which was quite reasonable at only $40 to checkout at 3 pm~ I’ve never experienced a hotel manger being so quick to correct something and genuinely happy to do so. The operations manager Sara A. was a beautiful spirit, that at least in my short experience loves what she does. 💜 I experienced luxury without the snobby energy that can come along with it. From the manager to the staff accepting my breakfast order to Jerry who checked me in & out the experience was beautiful and I will be returning frequently. I hope who’s ever reading this has the same experience.💜💜💜

I liked the stay until we noticed how loud it is everywhere. Walls are super thin, you can hear people above you, and other rooms doors slamming shut. No breakfast unless you wanna buy a meal that looked like public school food. Staff were nice though. Huge downfall was only 2 elevators working for 19 floors of hundreds of people. It would be worth the $300-$400 for an average room if kids weren’t allowed and it was quiet. We couldn’t even go to the pool or hot tub it was full of kids and teens.

Disappointed overall
Cleanliness was fine. For such an expensive hotel the check in service was very disappointing. We were told that our room wasn't ready eventhough we got to the check in desk well past the 3pm check in time. We were told to sit in the waiting area and someone would come give us our keys in 10-15 minutes. After 30 minutes I went back to the front desk to see what was going on and our room was ready but they had clearly forgotten to come let us know.

Great free coffee in lobby, kid-friendly, big pool and hot tub with comfortable lounge chairs in area. On-site breakfast buffet is over-priced so we walked to Woods coffee in mall (5 min. away).
