Ideal for couples, visiting family, or longer stays, it’s a comfortable and private home base for exploring Seattle or hosting out of town guests. The space The West Seattle Bungalow is a bright, modern guesthouse designed for comfort, privacy, and longer stays. Located in a calm residential area, it offers a relaxing retreat while still being about a 20 minute drive to downtown Seattle and close to Alki Beach, Lincoln Park, and local dining spots. Inside, the space features a king sized Casper memory foam bed, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, French press, and Keurig, and a private bathroom with modern finishes and essential toiletries provided. The living area includes a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video for easy evenings at home. Outside, guests have access to a sunny, fully fenced backyard that is perfect for morning coffee or unwinding after a day out. Pretty good layout. Has private entrance in back. Ran into owner in his yard & had good conversation. We were looking for a property with good a/c & no pets allowed. This is a backyard property & we were a LITTLE disappointed when we arrived back one afternoon, came in the private entrance & the dog came barking towards us (even though he was harmless. ) Owner may consider a gate between yard & VRBO entrance.??
