Walk to shops & eateries (Ezell’s Chicken, 45th Poke Bar). 10 minutes by car to UW, U-Village, Seattle Children’s hospital, and I-5\.   
  
2 mini split A/C on the 2nd floor. Ideal for families, remote workers, and pet owners! Book it now!
