We were concerned about stairs for my 91 year old father but they were not too hard to navigate and a ground level bed/bath was convenient for him. Responsive management. Parking in area was way easier than it first appeared. Cons: Biggest thing, and no fixing it, is the traffic noise! If you like fresh air, just know having the windows open at night is surprisingly loud. So many sirens. And we are not generally light sleepers. The entry bedroom was chilly, the rest of the place was comfortable. There was a pack n play provided for 2 year old, although it needed repair. The only issue is the entrance gate.
