Nestled on a quiet street with Puget Sound views, it boasts two new kitchens, cozy nooks, and thoughtful touches for any stay. Enjoy the formal dining room, pocket doors, and stone-counter kitchens with stainless appliances. The lower-level suite, with its own entrance, offers added flexibility. Minutes from the Space Needle and cruise terminal! The space The main floor features a welcoming reception area, an open-concept living and dining room, a gourmet kitchen with a gas range, and a convenient powder room. The living room sofa doubles as a sofa bed, with linens provided. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, a vanity sink separate from the bath, and a charming window seat with sound views. A second bedroom offers a queen bed and crib, while the third has a twin bed. The lower level of the home includes a full-size washer and dryer for guest use (detergent provided) and a private guest suite. The suite features a full kitchen, bathroom, living room with a sofa bed, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Outside, enjoy a stone patio shaded by evergreens and a covered front porch. Off-street parking is available in the alley behind the home, with additional free street parking nearby, as allowed by signage. Guest access You will have access to the entire home.
