The views of the Sound and the Olympic mountains kept us outside in the upstairs lounging area most of the time we were there. The kitchen has any item you would need for preparing food and an impressive spice cabinet. I would like to note that the “twin” bed is actually a daybed that is ultra firm and not comfortable for sleeping. Also, the piano is not tuned to play which we discovered on arrival despite telling the host that the piano was one of the reasons I was drawn to the home. We needed a home base while our daughters were competing in the little league World Series and this was a great choice. The views of the sound and Olympic mountains were breathtaking every single day! The home was stocked with everything we needed from cooking/grilling to our sleeping arrangements. I think it’s important to mention that the twin bed was more of a built in day lounger located in an office of sorts and we had to put a blanket up to cover the door at night. This wasn’t a big deal for us and we easily made it work but it was not exactly what we were expecting.
