Enjoy the convenience of a private carport and free street parking, making your stay effortlessly enjoyable. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • This is a one-level home featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and approximately 1100 sqft. Accessible with a few steps to the front door and an adjoining fenced side yard. • The primary bedroom boasts a Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, with the second bathroom situated in the hallway. • The living room includes a queen sofa bed for extra sleeping \*\*Home Highlights\*\* • Free street parking, plus a carport for one vehicle • Central A/C for the Seattle summer heat • Smart TV in each bedroom and living room for your enjoyment • Kitchen is stocked with a full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea • All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. \*\*About Fees & Pricing\*\* • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests.
