If you're traveling with a larger group (more than 5 people), please stagger your showers to ensure everyone has access to hot water. 2- The home is very close to the airport so you will hear airplane noise from time to time 3- The entire lower unit B (2 beds, 1 bath & kitchen) can be accessed from outside - making it easier for family members with limited mobility. 4- Only 1 thermostat located downstairs controls the entire house. We can provide extra fans and heaters if needed. 5- There are 2 run-down structures in the back yard. We are in the process of fixing them up. 6- 3 parking spots are dedicated for you. Two in the right driveway, 1 in the left driveway. Please, do not block the left gate. An extra street parking is also available. 7- Garbage is collected early Friday mornings. Please take it to the curb by Thursday night. Interaction with Guests: We would like to give our guests their own space. Cohost can be reached via phone or text(preferred).
