The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. They promptly emailed us with clear guidance to resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. My only suggestion would be for the owner to update the main contact email on Expedia (or other platforms) to the one they actively use, since emails sent to the Expedia address did not get a reply, while the app email worked right away. The living room is very small, but we spent our leisure time on the roof deck. Kitchen was well stocked. The townhouse is located on a busy road, so expect road noise in the front bedrooms.
