Publié le 25 août 2015 sur OrbitzRoom was clean. Had free WiFi. Interior of room (carpet) looked dated but was not dirty. I didn't see a pool anywhere. Gym was very small but had the essentials. Buffet breakfast was good. Food was monitored by staff and freshly added when needed. The hotel was about five blocks away from the bus stop (5-10 minute walk). The 550 bus was only a few dollars and brings you into Seattle. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We had a rough travel day and were in need of food when we arrived. They do not have their own restaurant but offered us coffee and water that was available 24/7. They also had a few pastries leftover from breakfast. The staff provided us with directions to local restaurants and even provided us with the phone number for a Dominos since we wanted food right away and they were close and could deliver. They offer a shuttle bus that travels locally however we did not use this service. We needed a ride to and from the airport and they not only provided us with a few options they actually called and made the reservations for us which we thought was above and beyond. Overall, the staff makes this hotel. They were all very friendly and made our stay very relaxing.

Great part of Bellevue

Great stay at Silver Cloud
Publié le 29 déc. 2014 sur OrbitzI couldn't have asked for a better stay. Every time I walked in the front door, I was greeted by a friendly face. The room was comfortable and quiet and in a good location - I walked to all of my destinations in downtown Bellevue. Thanks Silver Cloud!
