Nice view with a balcony, clean and nice decor. Hot shower and a big area for breakfast. Parking under neath. Pool is half size and gym is good size. I can see it is great for family.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathroom was a tight squeeze. The cleanliness of the room was not great. Upon checking into the room, there were hair all around the outside of the tub and on the bathroom floor. This could be overlooked. We were not able to check in at the check in time as the room was not ready. Again - can be easily overlooked. But what I had a hard time with was having to use plastic utensils, bathroom brown paper towels and paper plates for breakfast. They kept running out of the clean plates and utensils. I honestly thought the name Marriott came with certain level of service. The price for the room was not cheap where I would have thought the level would be on the lesser level.

You really get the wow factor when you walk into the lobby. Super cool environment there. Very friendly and helpful staff!! Rooms were very clean. (I checked with a blue light!) King bed was super comfy!!! So much so I’d love to know where I can buy one for myself! Complimentary breakfast was really tasty with lots of options - coffee was really good too. The breakfast staff are great at their job hustling to make sure everyone has all the options from 7am to 9:30 for breakfast on the weekend. The hide-away bed in the room needs to be replaced as it wasn’t very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are really why we chose this INN as we were there for my nieces birthday and she loves to swim. Pool is small but we managed to get there when it wasn’t really busy. Hot tub is also small but it was warm and felt good after a long day of walking at Pike Place Market. The flooring in the pool area however was always completely wet which made it slippery. Some floor areas needed to be cleaned as you can tell the water sits there for long periods and makes it dirty. All in all though the pool area was good enough. Also, I did not know that there was a cool little games room beside the pool that has foosball, skeeball and an air hockey table. It also has a couple couches and a big TV. One thing that was kind of annoying was that there was only one elevator so we had to do a lot of walking to get to the elevator. I would suggest you ask for a room relatively close if you don’t like walking.

Stayed here for 4 nights/5 days and this is your typical Residence Inn style rooms/suites but in an Embassy Suites style building. Unfortunately I wasn't fortunate enough to get a room with a nice view of the city or of Lake Union, I got the storage building next door. The rooms are spacious but could benefit with being more modern. Location is ok, right off the freeway, lots of places to eat within walking distance. The shower drains incredibly slow but not enough to bother about. My main complaint is this location does full turn down housekeeping every other day and unfortunately I never received on the scheduled day I was suppose to get it. When I got back to the hotel if was late and crying desk assured me he would make sure housekeeping was aware to come to the room the next day for the turn down service and give new fresh towels. However that didn't happen again for the second night. Front desk didn't seem like it was a top priority to them when I advised of the issue. The breakfast staff was great. always keeping the food stations replenished and dining areas clean. The food selection was just alright, nothing spectacular and always the same everyday : 1. Scrambled Eggs 2. Breakfast Potato that had NO seasoning 3. Sausage Patties 4. White Steamed Rice 5. Make Your Own Waffle Station 6. Hard Boiled Eggs 7. Bagel/Toast/English Muffin Station 8. Yogurt 9. Oatmeal and Toppings Station 10. Juice/Coffee/Milk Station

My only complaint would be, the smell of weed once you open your balcony door due to guests smoking on their balcony. It clearly states "no smoking on balcony".

Went with my 5 and 7 year old and husband. Room was cute. The room had a full kitchen which was great. Indoor pool and whirlpool nice, activities room was basic with an air hockey table, tv, jenga etc. Breakfast buffet was great. 4 make your own waffle stations, hot items like scrambled eggs, turkey sausages, potatoes, oatmeal, bread to be toasted and cold items like cereal, fruit, juice, coffee. Parking outside is free from 6pm or 8pm until 8am and is also VERY CHEAP and not a problem to find space. Save your money and don't bother paying for parking in the hotel, especially if you're Canadian (the exchange is nonsense). Fitness centre was there but didn't use it. Area is quiet and in a great location. I would totally stay here again

This property is overrated even as it’s currently rated here. Our room had a terrible smell, condition was poor, just felt dirty. Switched rooms which smelled better but still very run down. Got a parking pass for garage for $40 but there was zero parking. Said we could park in the drive up area but still had to pay. We could not wait to get up and leave the next day.

We had a great time here and we loved that the kitchen came equipped with silverware and pots and pans, etc. Room was clean and staff was nice. One bummer was our microwave didn't work though. Pull out couch/bed was the cheapest mattress ever and you can feel the springs, and only a tiny small blanket. Luckily we didn't have to use that to sleep and the main bed was great. Wasn't as close to the part of downtown we were wanting, but we would definitely stay here again ! Also the breakfast was fantastic and hot and fresh, but not what you see in the pictures.

Missed a day of housekeeping when I requested it on the 3rd day but they got it done on the 4th day. They usually come every 6th day so maybe they missed the sign on my room door requesting for service. Otherwise my stay was great, having a kitchen was nice. Ordering delivery food to my hotel room was convenient.

Nice for a short stay, would stay again
Was hoping for a nice view, but ended up with a view of public storage facility. The staff was friendly aside from one gentlemen who insisted we only are allowed the two bottles of water in our room. Despite me seeing the front desk giving a woman 3 bottles extra when she asked. The price was fair and we were able to come as go as we pleased without fuss. Fellow patrons were friendly and respectful. We would stay again. Just remember to bring your own water.
