When I called for a shuttle, the gal was SO rude, but when we got there I'm pretty sure it was the same gal and she was super nice, so maybe she was really busy earlier. Kind of run-down properly, but the sausage links were very good and the bed was more comfortable than the Hyatt I'd stayed in the night before. Overall a B- because it really needs updated.

Nice hotel for the price point. Close to train for access to all sports stadiums and downtown. Quieter than expected being so close to the airport. Only negative was that the breakfast provided ran out of certain foods all 3 mornings we were there.

Pros: *staff was super friendly *close to train *easy to get to *free parking *amenities near by *felt safe *quiet Cons: *very outdated building *holes in walls and doors *shower was awful. Scalding one minute, freezing the next *if you’re not lucky enough to get the hardwood floors room, the green carpet is pretty grubby *small breakfast room, not enough tables or staff to refill everything.

We stayed last weekend we're so impressed with the breakfast. This week we did not arrive until late and we had to leave by 5 30 a.m.. we missed that fantastic continental breakfast. I might suggest that for early Travelers maybe some oranges and apples yogurts and muffins could be put out by the coffee? It would mean a lot to many people. Otherwise was once again very happy with a very simple setup and very kind and helpful staff. And the shuttle driver was very cool. Thank you!

Good location close to the airport, quick and efficient shuttle service, had a strange smell in the rooms that took some getting used to and everything was pretty shabby and not super clean, but the breakfast was surprisingly good and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was very friendly and accommodated an early check in for me. I stayed 3 nights in room 206. The room was very clean and not run down. It offered a safe, microwave and refrigerator. The walls are a bit thin and you can hear traffic in room above but it didn't bother me. The affordability was perfect for my stay and free breakfast was additional savings.

Staff are good to talk to, very helpful. Room is very clean. But the occupants on the floor above us were noisy. I hear heavy footsteps, heavy stuff dumped on the floor, the tv sound so loud. Otherwise, the property is excellent.

This place was horrible , put over $500 on hold and then told us they didn’t even though bank acct showed the pending charges . Still waiting for a pending charge to be released. Horrible customer service and the room wasn’t worth it at all.

Absolutely horrible. The room was filthy and smelled like wet ashtrays. The sheets crinkled. The walls were yellow stained. People in next door rooms sounded like they were in our same room. Sounds echoed in hallway. We were given room keys that did not work. The room was so filthy and nasty that we wouldn’t even shower there. Went to a different hotel. Live and Learn. We will never stay in another Quality Inn again.
