The Roosevelt Neighborhood is really walkable; there is delicious coffee nearby, a quick walk to the new light rail train, and several grocery stores. We had no problem ordering delivery food, and really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. We had our dogs with us, and the yard is fully fenced. The description of the house does not mention the summer berry extravaganza in the backyard (raspberries, blackberries); my breakfast oatmeal was amazing for the month that we stayed at the house. Cooking was easy in the kitchen, I had everything that I needed. In fact, as a seasoned traveler/renter in the Seattle area, this is the best kitchen that I have seen so far.
