Grinder is provided if you like to bring your own beans. • All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses and linens. • Home has central A/C with two added mini-splits units for extra comfort. • Plenty of parking on the driveway as well as in front of the house \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. It was well set for our every need and a comfortable place for us to gather from truly around the world Ireland, Pennsylvania, Oregon, and Washington. We were able to easily create meals in-home or get out to great nearby food options in Seattle. The parking was plenty and neighborhood very quiet and safe. Our activities took us out to see the sites of Seattle and then we prepared a scrumptious salmon meal at home and cozied up to watch “Sleepless in Seattle” one evening.The communication was thorough and clear, home was clean, charging station very handy, and amenities plentiful.
