The home features a modern kitchen with all the essentials, bright living areas ideal for relaxing, and cozy bedrooms perfect for unwinding after a long day. Outside, enjoy a private backyard, a peaceful spot to relax. You'll be close to everyday essentials, parks, shopping, and Just a short drive from Newcastle Golf Course, T-Mobile headquarters, downtown Bellevue, and scenic hiking trails in nearby Coal Creek and Cougar Mountain. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family home with driveway parking. The entire house is 2,000 sqft. Entrance door is up a set of staircase. \*\*Home Highlights\*\* • Portable AC's to beat the summer heat! • Spacious, proper four bedrooms. Primary bedroom has ensuite bath and spacious walk-in closets • Driveway parking available for use • Kitchen is stocked with full range of kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea • All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet • Big windows + skylight with lots of natural light • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs • Private & quiet neighborhood & backyard \*\*Additional Info About the Home\*\* • Please note that the garage is not available for use and is not advertised for use as part of the rental. • Please note that portable AC units are installed in the primary bedroom and two of the other bedrooms. • All guest-accessible areas—including the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen—are located on the main level. The lower level offers access to a laundry room and a bathroom. While there are additional locked rooms in the home, they are not part of the rental and remain unoccupied at all times. \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation. \*\*House Rules\*\* • This is a pet friendly home, kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels.
