This 2-bed, 2.5-bath townhome offers modern comfort and a private rooftop looking out to the Cascade mountains, and is a short walk away to Maple Leaf Reservoir Park, featuring stunning views of Seattle downtown and Mount Rainier. Unwind in style and park with ease in your dedicated spot. Immerse yourself in city living at its finest, complete with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay. This is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome around 1201 sqft. It is four story (including rooftop) with a flat entrance. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: main entrance, bedroom with full size bed, bathroom with shower. The neighborhood was funky and cool. The parking was decent, but if you have a larger car or SUV, it would not have gone well for you. The place was very well appointed with a cool design. The unit is pretty-much brand new and everything was clean and nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few coffee/cafe places that are walkable. There is a bus stop 100 feet from the front door which makes getting into Seattle easy. The beds were super comfy. The unit is spread across 4 floors (including the deck on top), so be prepared to do stairs. Parking is also tight, but we got better at getting in and out after a few tries. Parking was very tight, but in Seattle we were happy that it is available safely behind the building. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and family room were just perfect. There is a cute rooftop area with chairs and table to enjoy outside fresh air under a big tree. We highly recommend this place. Oh, one more thing, upon arrival our door code somehow did not work, but the Manager's Assistant was on call and she fixed the code while we were on the call. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Comfortable bed and well-stocked, double sink bath above. Front curtains hanging at a 45 degree angle when we arrived but fixed the next day (though just the angle,as you could not raise or lower).
