It's 4 levels including the rooftop deck, and there a set of stairs leading up to the entry. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Dining room, kitchen, living room with Smart TV w/ AC • Second Floor: 2 bedrooms with full beds, bathroom. Street parking is free and the neighborhood is safe. Please note that this is first-come, first-served basis. \*\*About the Reservation\*\* • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. \*\*About Fees & Pricing\*\* • We utilize dynamic pricing.
