Everything was flawless, and the property manager, Belinda, was exceptional—she promptly addressed all our inquiries. While the overall experience was wonderful, we encountered some challenges when attempting to extend our stay. Unfortunately, the Vacasa support team was not particularly helpful, and after three hours on the phone, we had to escalate the matter to a supervisor to successfully modify the payment method.
