A window air conditioning unit keeps this level cool on warmer days. **Restful Bedrooms:** The third floor hosts two additional bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. One includes an adjustable desk and its own window air conditioning unit, while the other has a fan for comfort. A full bath serves both rooms. <**Thoughtful Amenities:** The kitchen is stocked with utensils and cookware for nights in, while high speed WiFi six lets you stream or work without buffering. You will also find a full size washer and dryer with supplies provided, plus dedicated garage parking for a compact vehicle and plentiful street parking nearby. Other Things to Note: Our home is equipped with a doorbell security camera at the front entrance. It will be on at all times. The home is also equipped with a noise monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It DOES NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level in measured decibels. It is located in the kitchen & dinning area on the 2nd floor.
