\*. Parking Disclosure: The house offers a parking space provided in front of the house. Street parking is also available.  
  
\*. Noise Disclosure: The owner lives upstairs, you may occasionally hear noise from above.   
  
\*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.  
  
\*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
