This house has great spaces throughout and has maintained all of its original charm. Built in 1907, this home was once the residence of Washington State's 7th governor. The home has a huge wraparound porch and over 700 square feet of deck space. Original windows and doors throughout that fill the house with light and fresh air. The basement is beautifully refinished and includes a guest room and private bathroom with a walk-in steam room shower. The basement also includes a home office, media room with a gas fireplace and a surround sound home theater. The main floor has a large walk in entrance with center stairwell, a gourmet kitchen, large dining room and a beautiful living room with wood burning fireplace. A beautiful home with so much room and everything you would ever need right in the heart of one of Seattle’s great neighborhoods.
