Great family property. We had two separate rooms and kitchen with an amazing view in the middle of the city. A whole foods was closeby and indoor pool was a great activity for the kids restless at night.

What was suppose to be a relaxing birthday get away ended up being a stressful get away in the end. Staff was rude upon arrival, we were told we were lucky to even be getting a room even though we had booked in advance. The room was fully paid for and in the end the rude reception who greeted us ended up charging my card another $800 usd when the room was already paid for. Such a headache. All these unnecessary charges for no reason they didn’t even advise us about any of the charges. When we told them they said nothing was charged … hmmm you can already imagine my frustration. In the end was more of a hassle I didn’t even get to relax. The indoor poor was not even in service which is why we even booked the hotel to begin with….. no email no nothing telling us it wasn’t available. Horrible experience with their customer service. I will never go back there again.

Not quite as close to attractions as I had imagined - some walking required - some of it up a fairly steep hill. Hotel had lots of amenities. We booked two rooms - one with a king bed which was very cramped, and one much more spacious room with two double beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice to also have washer and dryer in the room. Plenty of EV charging in the underground parking lot.

This hotel is geared toward long stay visitors. There are no hotel amenities for short stay guest such as a restaurant or even in room coffee creamer. They don’t even have a small area to purchase snacks and drinks

Nice hotel stay with my young son. He enjoyed the swimming pools and spas. Great amenities. The only complaint is that I'm 40 years old and felt like a grandpa at this place. It's a tech boy tech girl paradise. Hotel shares residency with Onni apartment rentals. You're talking everyone there is in their 20's and walks around with their little dogs staring down at their phones. Young, trendy, yet strange and sorta twilight zone-ish.

Upsides: Clean and responsive staff. They let us check in a couple of hours early for no extra fee. Full kitchen with stovetop and nice pots and pans and dishes. Wet and dry sauna and both an indoor and outdoor pool. Downsides: a group of teens talking loudly in the hallway until 3am with no intervention from staff, a $28 “resort” fee, and the narrowest parking spaces I’ve ever seen in the garage - park there at your own risk.

We have stayed in level a few times. It has large rooms and is central. I'm sorry to say that this has been the most disappointing stay. The check in is now 4pm which is ridiculous for a high end establishment, 2pm is good, 3pm normal, 4pm is TTP. Then when we tried to check in at 4pm to be told we'd have to wait another 30mins was not acceptable. If a family is paying almost $750 I'd hope that we could have enough towels for 4 and for us to have our room turned down on the second day, nope! I'm not sure what has happened since our last stay, house keeping us sub par and the high level feel just isn't there anymore. It's a shame.

During my recent stay at Level Seattle, I booked a suite with two separate rooms – one with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and a pull-out bed for three adults. However, upon arrival, I was disappointed to find only a king bed in the suite. Despite the helpful assistance from the front desk, the offered roller bed was uncomfortably soft, making it difficult to sleep. Moreover, checking in at 10 pm and waiting for an hour for the roller bed's delivery was inconvenient. I had hoped for a quicker resolution or an alternative accommodation, especially considering the late hour. Additionally, noise disturbances from the suite above, including guests moving chairs and other activities, lasted until 2 am, further disrupting my sleep. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, with the lack of the promised bedding arrangement, prolonged wait times, and disruptive noise contributing to a very unsatisfactory stay.

We decided to stay at Level Downtown Seattle on our way home back to Canada. We were really excited booking the night before due to all the amenities and apartment style rooms. Upon check in you could tell a small disaster was starting. I was able to check in an hour early which was convenient although many others were up to an hour past check in before rooms were available. Seems disorganized in that sense. There was also no wifi for the first 3-4 hours and limited on updating when it would be available. Came back on at night thankfully as we had no cell service in our room. It wasn’t until the next day that they asked if the wifi had started working for us. We enjoyed the first two night in Seattle so decided to stay another night as I also picked up some work meetings on Monday and Tuesday. I messaged the hotel to see if we could extend a night and was giving a price much higher than doing a new booking online. After going down the front desk and sorting it all out we had an extended night. All was taking care of and a note would be put on file for the extension. We went to double check in the morning and no notes or anything was completed. The young lady at the desk was very nice and helpful and got us all set with reactivated cards and parking pass although it was supposedly taken care of the night before. We tried extending for a 4th night and online would not work so told us to come finalize in the morning. Now it’s overbooked and we gotta go!

The parking was easy to get to and was included in the price. The room itself was absolutely clean and modern. We loved the balcony and sitting by the windows. Clean and nice. Amazing gym and awesome pool. With suna and steam room . Plus thr roof top pool was cooland Parking was good.and safe. However VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE REST. NO FOOD SERVICE OF ANYKIND. NO BAR no cafe no restaurant no room service. No mini mart or convenient store incase you forgot something. Not even bottle water offered. The vending machine was extremely hard to find. And terrible Options. . Not worth the ampubt i was charged for only a night .

Thank you for your review we truthfully appreciate the food back and will take it into consideration on the items we are able to work on. Such as the vending machine and the items that go in there. As well as making sure we have easy assessable item that might have been forgotten upon packing. We do hope that the next time you are in the area you decide to stay with us again.
