Located on a quiet street, this home is just minutes from downtown Seattle, shopping, groceries, restaurants, and the vibrant Ballard area. A 1-car compact garage adds convenience to this contemporary gem! One drawback was the steep angle of the pavement going into the garage. Our Honda Fit could not get in without severely scraping. We wound up using the street, which was not always convenient. Kind of a bummer since having the garage was a perk we wanted when looking for a place. Also, there's not much neighborhood here within walking distance. Again, though, the place is very nice.
