Tout à été parfait côté hébergement. Concernant la navette de l'hôtel pour l'aéroport, présente et bien à l'heure mais le conducteur hier au 26 août 2023 11h00 très désagréable. Sinon l'accueil et le service de l'hôtel très très bien et gentil. Merci beaucoup 👍😉

L endroit etait sympa mais 2 fois les femmes de menages sont rentres dans notre chambre sans notre permission et on a ete retenu en otage 3hrs pour essayer de nous vendre des parts de l hotel. Si tu veux qu on achete donne nous du temps. Ne force pas les personnes a prendre un decison en 1 hrs.

My compliments to the shuttle drivers who made our stay and location much more convenient. And a big thank you to the sweet young front desk attendant, Tee who used her computer skills to print out our Frontier Airlines boarding passes. Seems to be a problem with your TV service. I complained first day that we were only getting one channel and next day when we came back we found a new TV had been installed, but it too received only one or two channels—until i learned how to use YouTube on the TV! We got through about a third of a movie and then that stopped working too.

After 9 days in the Pacific Northwest and time at high end accommodations we needed a night by the airport. First place that didn’t smell of an overly perfume cleaning smell. Yet spotless clean! The floors are faux wood so no old dirty carpet. Everything we needed and more! Iron and board, frig, microwave and the usual hair dryer and coffee maker. There is also a washer/dryer, pool, and decent breakfast.

The property is dated but plans for renovation soon as containers sit in the parking lot. Shuttle driver was great. She helped with getting our bags on and off. Agent at check in was pleasant and informative.

There was construction material all over the property but no work was being done. The pool was close to empty and full of filthy green water. Breakfast was inluded in the price but not available. There was a very large and loud group that hung out in the halls all night, going room to room. The desk clerk blamed the previous clerk and said the hotel was full when it clearly was not and offered no remedy. The shuttle driver took us everwhere except the airport while he bragged about his bench pressing abilities. There was no vending machines at all. There were no working ice machines in the building. None of this information was announced on their website or otherwise. The entire experience felt like a run down Motel 6. Would not recommend, there's much better options available in the area for similar rates. 1/10.

The room was very outdated and in desperate need of maintenance. The bathroom door knob did not work. The heater fan was loud and squealed at low and medium settings. The driver of the shuttle was not professional or courteous, seemed like we bothering his day by driving us. One night stay for this hotel was just about too much for me.

The hotel overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. It was midnight, we had travelled all day and were exhausted. The girl at the desk was not qualified to deal with this and was more concerned about our moods upsetting her then any offer to console or assist us.

We stayed here 1 night for an early morning flight. It was alright, but nothing special. There was no vending, despite a sign to the contrary. The check-in staff was dismissive of that when I asked where to get some soda. We had a 3:30a wake up call where the phone rang, but no one was on the line. That felt very wierd as I would expect someone to say they were calling for the wakeup. Overall, I would stay again if catching a flight but not as a vacation room.
