Everyone at the hotel was wonderful however as most hotels near the airport there were a few seedy people. Just pay attention to your surroundings. The hotel was clean, and the beds were very comfortable.

Everything was perfect about La Quinta at the Sea-Tac airport. Great location of course and then super nice service and great looking rooms. All renovated. And then extra nice service being taken to the SeaTac Airport

The room was very outdated and in desperate need of maintenance. The bathroom door knob did not work. The heater fan was loud and squealed at low and medium settings. The driver of the shuttle was not professional or courteous, seemed like we bothering his day by driving us. One night stay for this hotel was just about too much for me.

The hotel overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. It was midnight, we had travelled all day and were exhausted. The girl at the desk was not qualified to deal with this and was more concerned about our moods upsetting her then any offer to console or assist us.

We stayed here 1 night for an early morning flight. It was alright, but nothing special. There was no vending, despite a sign to the contrary. The check-in staff was dismissive of that when I asked where to get some soda. We had a 3:30a wake up call where the phone rang, but no one was on the line. That felt very wierd as I would expect someone to say they were calling for the wakeup. Overall, I would stay again if catching a flight but not as a vacation room.

Despite the property's aged appearance, it is well-maintained and lacks any unpleasant odors. The facility is seemingly staffed by only two individuals during the night, which is understandable given the current economic climate. In order to make the property affordable for the middle class, certain sacrifices must be made. The housekeeper who serviced room 412 on April 28, 2024, did an excellent job. I font know her name but i’m sure you can trace it back. She is a Spanish only speaking lady Im hoping you will give her recognition.

I asked the night clerk if a sack breakfast could be prepared because my shuttle was scheduled before breakfast. She said it was not a problem, but when I asked the black woman working that night/morning, she was not helpful or professional.

Stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of our week-long trip. No hot water for those two days and no discount was offered. We didn’t get hot water back until the morning we checked out. The walls were really thin and we heard someone having sex both nights. The staff were great, they couldn’t control the water or whether we got a discount. The area was alright, the highlight was the Jack in the Box in the same parking lot. The shuttle driver to and from the airport was fantastic. Felt generally icky. There are signs talking about their upcoming remodel so hopefully that helps facilities. It was alright for the location, I probably wouldnt stay there again.

They had no hot water when I arrived there. They had tried to reach out to all of their clients but they must have not have been able to reach them all as I was not informed. I ended up canceling my reservation and got a room a few blocks down. It was unfortunate for them and I do understand. They did not charge me for my room.

Location, location, location! Amazing staff when warmed up and engaged properly! Rooms are great but lobby needs a lot of TLC which we understand is on the way..The shuttle service can operate with more urgency. The hotel could be a 5 minutes walk from the terminal if not for the traffic and traffic lights. For such a short distance, Waiting for the shuttle was a bit painful but the drivers were very nice and helpful. I woudl stay there again aND AGAIN SINCE IT IS DEFINITELY VALUE FOR MONEY!!

Checked in Monday through Thursday. Hot water went out Tuesday. Constantly told by staff that it should be fixed by evening (each day) it was still down when we left. If we’d been better informed that there were parts delay we’d have moved to a different hotel. Hadn’t showered in four days!! Also breakfast consisted of cold cereal, waffles & bagels. Manager stated that if we joined their Rewards Group she’d give us enough points for a Free nights stay for the inconvenience

The property was peeling from decay, the bathtub was unclean and the hand towels had make up on from previous guests. This hotel was a bed to sleep in no frills or note worthy extras.

Your hotel double charged me, when I showed up last night 04-06-24 a lady came down and was upset because she was charged twice for her room, and then when she asked them to fix it she was charged A THIRD time. I thought nothing of it, they wouldn’t let it happen to someone else, right???, WRONG. I checked my bank this morning and I’ve been charged two times for $124.63. When I talked to the woman at the front desk this morning she said to call back at 11am and the GM would be in to handle it, So I call the front desk just now and guess what, the dude who answered the phone I was SO RUDE, after I asked him to help me and getting attitude about it, I asked to talk to someone who wasn’t gonna treat me like trash and that’s when he tells me to just “deal with it, not my problem”!! Absolutely insane. And this happened to MULTIPLE PEOPLE mind you. he said “the young lady working the desk last night double charged you and other people are calling me about it too but y'all gonna have to wait till Monday for the GM to be in”. I’m honestly disgusted by this whole situation and i want my money back. Y’all should be ashamed of your employees in SeaTac.

It was close to the railway and you can hear the trains sound when they’re passing by. Parking lot was small. Nevertheless, everything was very good. The staff was awesome too and he’s very helpful.
