Welcome to our modern 3-level townhome with an office, BBQ, and free parking!

This home away from home is located on a safe residential street in the Atlantic/Rainier. Within a mile of two light rail stations. It is a 9-minute walk from the 1-Line Northgate - Angle Lake at the Mount Baker Station stop.

This light-filled industrial-style loft home with soaring ceilings and exposed beams is perfect for those who come to Seattle to unwind or work!

Feel perfectly at home with our townhome that offers stainless steel counters and appliances, & open, bright spaces throughout!

Cozy up in the open-concept living area or watch movies on the TV where you can login to your account and stream all day! For those nights you want to stay and cook, we have a fully equipped kitchen that is beautifully designed with stainless appliances and ample storage. The dining area is a great place to eat and chat.

We have 2 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There are sofa beds in the mezzanine office and living area for extra sleeping space. The two bedrooms share a single full bathroom and a half bathroom on the main floor. Both bathrooms have an electric heater built-in.

This unit has a mezzanine office with a workspace setup for you to use!

Gather around and enjoy the private deck on the 2nd level with an outdoor dining set and fire up the grill for an evening BBQ. The outdoor spaces have a distant view of the city lights.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and 1 driveway space are all provided during your stay!
