"Beautiful hotel situated close to downtown"
One of the best boutique hotels I've stayed at. We booked the garden suite room that's on the terrace. Spacious and comfortable room. A step out of the room puts you on the terrace with a glorious view of the mountains. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us decide what activities we should do. Even though the hotel doesn't serve breakfast, there are sufficient coffee shops nearby (walking distance) to have it at. Recommendations would be Ballard coffee works and cafe Umbria.

"Nice Hotel, staff is overwhelmed "
The hotel was is very clean and the rooms are incredibly nice with excellent facilities as you get access to the Bellevue club. With that said, know that there is rarely someone at the desk when you need something. You need to go to the athletic club check-in to get any question answered. For example I asked if I could get a late check-out and I was told to go back to my room and wait for a call as the attendant was more interested in talking to some of her friends at the desk. I never got a call back. When checking out(no extended check-out), the only option for my bill was to receive an email(which I never got), the staff was to busy to figure out how to get a bill printed. I was really hoping for a good experience as I an in Bellevue about 8 times a year.

"Great location but bed not all that comfortable "
This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of it all. Great restaurants and walkable distance to major attractions. We were able to go to the market first thing in the morning before it got too busy. They have a very handy Starbucks machines at the lobby for complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. The staff is great--very friendly and helpful. The one thing I would say could be improved upon is to have more comfortable beds. We found the bed a little too soft and needed to be firmer. The other thing is for the price of the rooms, it would be nice if they offered an evening cocktail (wine/cheese/crackers) hour.

Great location to what we needed. Easy rail service to and from airport for a unbelievable fare. 2 dollars each for r/t ticket! Hotel was very clean and friendly staff. The staff had umbrella every time we let, a most for Seattle winters.

"Downtown adventure"
I attended a wedding at Seabrook villages on the coast and wanted a night in Seattle before my flight out. I was very impressed with staff and accommodations. As soon as i checked in I couldn't wait to adventure. I walked 30,000 steps by walking to the Amazon store at university market. The city has a lot of history some good some bad but the winding roads and giant cedar trees are amazing. Next morning I got up EST 5:00 and walked all around city drinking in it's essence and the market being set up was intriguing.

"Gorgeous lodge in a very serene setting"
Beautiful lodge situated in a peaceful and romantic setting. The lodge is over 100 years old but it is kept in pristine condition. The rooms are spacious and the decor is rustic but very comfortable. My only concern is that the room was quite dark - especially with a forest outlook. The restaurant/lounge is stunning but it is extremely expensive.

"Seattle job interview"
I needed a quiet place to stay in downtown Seattle prior to a job interview. Check in was a breeze. Room was a small suite - more than I expected and quite nice, especially for the price point. The bed was great - I needed a good night sleep prior to interview and I got it. Bathroom was exceptional - spacious, bright, spotless. No complaints - easily can recommend this as a good place to stay in downtown Seattle.

"Very cool hotel & good location "
I really enjoyed everything about this hotel (room, staff, bedding, common areas, location, vibe - everything) my only small criticism is the lack of elevator. The staff is 100% happy to help with your bags & parking your car but I've got a bad knee and would have liked a lift. But everything else was fantastic & I would definitely stay again.
