Overall our stay was average. The room was clean and quiet. We barely heard any noise from other rooms or hallways.
The main bed was comfortable, but the pull out couch was terrible. I lied down to test it out and all I could feel was all the springs jamming into my back. Luckily my kids slept on it and they're not heavy enough to notice too much, but I wouldn't recommend for an adult to sleep on it.
We were 4 people staying in the room, but we were provided with only 3 towel sets and only one pillow. Maybe the front desk could communicate it better to the housekeeping staff.
The hot tub was out of order, which was a major bummer, one of the reasons we chose this property was because they had a hot tub. When asked at the front desk about the tub, the front lady replied "I don't know anything about it, I just got here".
The last confusion was that we were advised the parking was $15/night. When I booked this in January I'm pretty sure the ad on Expedia said parking was included, also one of the reasons we chose this property. I thought maybe I was mistaken about it as the booking confirmation doesn't mention anything about parking, but I noticed some prior guests had mentioned free parking before. I don't really care if they changed their policy, but maybe honour the previous bookings.
The complementary breakfast was really good. There was a nice variety of drinks and food. The staff working there were really nice.
