The property is in bad need of a renovation . The hallways and room smelled like mold. The toilet overflowed . When complained staff did not care . I would never stay at this property again .

My tap for the shower wouldn’t shut off kept going Had babies in room and had only one crib when I had requested two and I had called twice. As we where arriving late. But Deejay at the bar was amazing heated milk for for babies at 12 midnight bless 😊 In the morning was a crazy getting stuff to the shuttle sadly front staff weren’t to helpful

The property was dated and dark. The person who greeted us at the front desk upon arrival, we could not understand due to a very thick accent. We were tired travelers and just wanted a room. The hotel was not busy, nor was it full, yet we were given a handicapped room. The next day we asked the concierge for directions to a famous tourist area - again - another person we had trouble understanding due to their accent. His directions got us to the general area, but we completely missed where we wanted to go - we had never been to the area (or state) and a little more information about the area we were heading to would have made a huge difference. Concierge's are usually full of information and WANT to help their customers enjoy the sights of their area. This one, no, no appreciation for the city and what it had to offer. The property was close to the airport, had an airport shuttle and was walking distance to the commuter train line. A good place for a layover. Oh, it touts that it is connected to the airport by skyway. Don't fall for that. It's about a half mile walk from the baggage claim area to find the correct skyway to the parking garage then another walk through the parking garage to another skyway, then you go down an elevator and walk to the corner of a busy street, cross that street and you are at the back of the hotel. You must walk next to the highway about a block and a half to get to the front of the hotel. We did this at midnight, in the cold rain

I loved the gym. I've always wanted to try a Peleton bike. Very spacious. Hotel is on main highway but you really do not hear the noise while sleeping. Could've been my jet lag but I slept great. Bed is super comfortable especially after sitting on a plane for 6 hours straight. Fresh hot cider in the lobby. Would've liked some fresh fruit, especially apples since it's Washington. Staff super friendly.

We were given a room almost directly next to two huge power lines and right but the parking lot. It was noisy and felt unsafe. Shower was broken and the shuttle driver told me he would come back after dropping the full shuttle and take My kids and I as soon as he came back, but then made us wait until the next scheduled departure leaving us rushed to catch our flight

Your establishment was very disappointing--arrived late to Checkin asked for a quiet room was given a room for dogs, dog bed and feeding bowls present-gross I didnt complain that night as I was exhausted!! Also, asked the jerk at the front counter about calling airlines to get a wheelchair for next morning and he would not do, but the transportation guys were superb!!! My friend and I were taken to our airline drop off directly against hotel rules! They received hefty tips!! Our dining room experience was also superb!!!!

The room’s bathroom toilet seat was the size of a dinner plate, not fit for human adults. Bathroom faucet handle for hot water was broken. Most electrical outlets didn’t work, hard to charge devices in the room.

Was here for a conference weekend. Great stay all around with friendly staff and clean, safe rooms. The only downside is that there are few walkable food options in the area besides the hotel restaurant.
