The Hotel appeared clean and nice.
This hotel appeared clean and nice. However, there was several concerns. First, the room was cold and I didn't know how to bring the heat up as it was computerized so I just put sweats on to sleep. Second, for food there was little to offer. The onsite place is very expensive for very little and service was extremely slow although it wasn't busy.
Lastly, while I was there, several of the cars that were parked in their lot, which is the most expensive near SeaTac, were broken into. Luckily ours wasn't but I have used this lot several times before and had planned on using it in the near future.....but, several cars were broken into and we overheard the Valet telling a person who had just had their car window broken "well, it is that time of year.".....which was shocking as apparently the Valet clearly felt this is a normal occurrence for that lot. I realize that an owner needs to be responsible but if you are being paid premium price to park somewhere, that lot owner should take some pre-cautionary efforts to protect their client as well. But, it was clear that none was taken and that we should just expect our cars to be broken into if we park there. Many places offer $5 a night to park where as here it is $14.00 or more a night.....I thought we were paying for a higher quality service but not so. For this issue alone, I would give it one star.
