Great access to and from airport

Posted 27-Mar-2017
Pros: Great restaurant and lounge; very clean and comfortable room
Very large room with courtyard patio access. Enjoyed the bar menu at the lounge, craft beers. Also enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast

It's near the airport and that is all we can say.

Pros: It was adequate.
Cons: Parking is too expensive.
Nothing special about this place at all. For the price they charge, you should not have to be an Honors member to get free Wi-Fi. So heads up if you don't belong to the club you will not get online in your room. The Ethernet connection was totally dead.

Perfect for one night prior to early flight east

Posted 22-Mar-2017
Pros: Professional staff, location, comfort
Cons: Menu selection was very slim -- no sandwich/salad options, at least not at 9:00 PM
The lobby fireplace was cheery and welcoming, and the waiter at the restaurant was very pleasant and attentive even at 9:00 PM. The room was clean, well appointed, and very quiet and comfortable, with every amenity. The 4:25 AM shuttle to the airport was on time, with a helpful driver. There are many hotel choices surrounding SEATAC airport, but this is one we will return to in the future

Very clean and comfortable hotel.

Nice hotel. Staff were all good. But we asked for a couple of towels and the lady that Dilevered them rolled her eyes for some reason. Other than that all else was great.

Super close to airport

Overall everything was great. The only bummer is parking was expensive and the lot was completely full. It would also be nice to have another food option besides the expensive restaurant and overpriced Starbucks

Close to SEATAC

1st stay was spacious, comfortable and clean & updated 3 stars 2nd stay was in a cramped room with 2 double beds(apparently in a hotel with over 400 rooms there weren't any available) mold growing on ceiling & walls of bathroom. Electric outlets on lamp non functioning. Needed updating. 2 star experience. Super disappointing. NOT worth the $ even with Expedia discount. Both stays front desk staff was terrific

Freezing! Room, hallways, entrance

Posted 7-Jan-2017
It was very cold when I stayed here, about 25* overnight. But the hotel should have been warm, instead it's 55* in our room and it took 2 hrs to get to a comfortable 70*. The hallways and conference room I went to my class in were probably 60*, so it was far from comfortable. Besides that is was very nice but I was shocked to have this experience.

Parking fee is insane. Breakfast buffet is not reasonable. I don't mind paying for a quality breakfast but that was not even close. We wound finding other reasonable lodgings.
