Everything was nice. No free parking, so prepare to get gouged or park at a nearby discount lot.

Large lobby & coffee shop there.

Pros: Nice TV & room.......when we finally got to go in it without extra charges!!
Cons: ALL staff to be nice & friendly!
Location: Dave's Diner...........wonderful food and prices!
Our first night there on our way to our cruise we arrived at the hotel about 9:30 pm. Paid the regular rate. Then on way home we stayed there again and got there early.....they wanted us to pay another $25.00 to check in at about 10:30 am. We had to wait until 12:00 pm to avoid the early rate charge. We're sure the room stayed empty until they let us in. If we only stayed a few hours the first pm and then wanted an early check in the second pm.....they could have been nicer about it. The front desk clerk was all business and not friendly at all. Know there are early check in charges........but in this case, they could have let us in. What's 1 1/2 hr to them?? To us sitting in there VERY cold lobby (I had to get into my suitcase and get some socks for my freezing feet) was miserable. We won't be checking in there again. BTW......Our Waikoloa Hilton Hotel is MUCH nicer AND friendlier. The desk clerk that finally let us in the room was much nicer & friendlier than the first.

Decent, and clean hotel. Large rooms. Big property, had to walk far to rooms. Close to airport with free shuttle. Nice friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable. Recommend to stay there if need to be by airport.

worst experience we ever had

Pros: nothing
Cons: many things from A to Z
arrogant staff, not helpful, dump and humid room. Rooms are not noice proof despite being near airport. only money mattered.

Checked in late at night with a very early flight to catch. Parked in "check-in" area. Was told that parking was $25 for self park and $31 for valet. Given the hour and early departure we opted for valet. The next morning when collecting our car we discover it was never moved. I call that price gouging.

Pros: the pool area was terrific.
Cons: the bathroom was too small but still functional.
Location: great location for airport and mass transit access, not much else around but the drive into Seattle was not too bad if you avoid high traffic hours.
Though the hotel is right next to the hotel, we did not hear planes while inside. The pool area was very nice and though you could hear the planes, they did not fly directly overhead.

No stir stick to in room to stir coffee. The ice machine barely had any ice in it, about a half a cup of ice was dispensed. I called the front desk and the phone rang and rang, finally I called a second time and it went through. The bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. I did not notice any noise from the busy street or airport. I rate my stay as a four

Great hotel 1/2 block from the light rail station

Posted 7-Aug-2015
I wanted a hotel close to the airport as we were getting in late and close to the light rail so choose this Hilton. Great choice. Staff was friendly and the location superb. I've always had good reliable rooms going with Hilton and this one was no exception. It's close to a lot of dining but we decided to eat at the hotel the first night since arriving late. The food was outstanding, if a bit pricey. Having grown up in Seattle, it means a lot when I say that the crab cakes may have been the best I'd ever eaten! Then we were able to grab the light rail into the city the next day (about 35 minutes in comfort to the waterfront, cost $3 for a day pass). No traffic, no parking hassle. My only complaint is the cost to park the rental car in the garage but the other advantages make this minor. Good choice!
