It is close to the NorthGate Mall, which is good and also bad. After dark the area can be dangerous. The good thing is the garage parking. I like to have my room cleaned everyday but that was not the case.

Room design was thoughtful - liked the pull out shelves in the bathroom. Close to light rail but well enough insulated that it was quiet. They charge $20 for parking, which I was not aware of until I arrived - kind of a bummer. Staff very helpful - texted me after check in to be sure everything was okay.

We had an alarm go off at 3:15 am and there wasn’t anyone to fix it. We were given two options stay with the alarm or change rooms moving everything into a new room. It was 3:15 am. It would have taken us at least 45 minutes to pack everything to change rooms and we would be wide awake. So we had to stay in the room with the alarm going off but at least we could pretend to sleep. It had been a great stay until that happened. Because we booked through Expedia we couldn’t get any room discount or comp either. They did take the $20 parking fee off of our account.

This was a very nice hotel. We stayed here while visiting Seattle and it is right next to the Northgate Transit station that brings you all throughout the city. It was very convenient in that regard. The station is about a five minute walk from the hotel. The continental breakfast was delicious and must switch options throughout the week as we had different options both days we stayed. The pool was closed but says it will open back up on April 22nd. There is no gift shop like they make it look on the listing but they do have snacks. Make sure to check the expiration dates on snacks as my coke expired in 2023 and was flat. Other than that, I have no complaints. And they have a secure luggage room. Highly recommend, definitely would stay again

We were quite disappointed in this experience. The photos online looked great, nice pool & hottub. But upon checking in we were told the swimming pool was closed. One of the main reason we booked thjs hotel is for the pool. So my kids were very much bummed out. Also hidden parking fees, breakfast very mediocre and bland. The hot water, coffee was always out and he to be asked to refill. No balcony even though again, advertising photos showed beautiful balconies. Feel we overpaid for the hotel and could have went with a lot cheaper option for the same experience.

The property is clean. The shower is a bit small and the heater did not work. The electrical outlet did not work too. The room did not clean for several days maybe because I put the relax sign out during the cleaning time. Overall it is a good hotel.

I liked the room layout and unique storage. What I didn't like was being told parking was free, then on arrival being told it was $20 because the way I booked did not include free parking. Thankfully, the onsite mgr said she would wave it. Free parking is the only reason I chose this property.

The rooms were comfy. Unfortunately, the pool was empty and they did not advertise that it was closed. The hot tub was in working order but too many people were in it to use it and a child urinated in it, a parent pulled the child out but didn’t inform any staff. The windows are not fully covered so it’s hard to sleep with the sun directly in the room and at night the lights of the monorail flash by. There’s lots of noise from police cars and homeless around the walking areas. It’s close to a monorail station and mall so there’s options but best to travel on foot with safety items.

The pool is out of order and that was the main reason I booked this hotel. No mention of it on the website. Didn’t hear about it until after the check in process was already done! I had 2 disappointed kids. We don’t get out of town very often, so when we get out, we go all in. Not this time though.

I specifically reserved at this hotel because of the indoor pool. It was our primary reason for staying at this hotel. It was one of few that offered it in our price range. We were told along with several other guests that the pool was under construction and off limits. We were given no advance warning, it was not listed on the website and no compensation was made. The manager stayed in her office while the guests, included myself complained. The staff was rude and short tempered. Will not be staying here again

hotel was clean room was clean, my room was perfect, but was woken up super early for me seems like the room up top was jumping around it was 6am and i had a late check in so i was not very happy about that, the noise was so hard i thought there was construction going I hadn't realize there was another floor above us till i went down for breakfast and seen the elevator. At breakfast the kitchen lady was very moody when asked if she had more gravy, she made it seem like it was an inconvenience and that makes you feel uncomfortable, also my husband asked her something about the kitchen closing and just the way she responded with an attitude. it just wasn't her morning. Also the pool was closed and that was not mentioned when checking in; i had also asked about the pool time when arrived never once said anything till i went down to the pool.

We didn’t take advantage of the pool, but I was privy to a grandmother with two young granddaughters who were checking out because the pool wasn’t operating. She had said she called to make sure the pool was in working order when she booked I felt so bad for her because that happened to us at the Embassy suites in downtown Portland for our granddaughters birthday party. Your staff was very kind and appropriate, and she chose to leave with her granddaughters

very impressed with how friendly every single person that I had an encounter with was also with the cleanliness every hand sanitizer station was full you can tell they actually pay attention and white light fixtures and the hotel buttons which is nice and most of all a beautiful safe spot that I will definitely be returning

The young man checking us in was very surly. He didn’t speak English well and we had trouble understanding him. Not sure if that’s why he treated us so rudely. No warm greeting or smile. We have stayed at this location many times and we were always greeting so warmly.
