Walking distance to Capitol Hill and the surrounding areas. Many lovely shops, restaurants and bars in the area, as well as a very nice park.The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The space is even larger than it looks in the photos.The reservation does not include a parking pass, so you are taking a gamble with the street parking out front. However, we stayed for two nights and had no issue or ticket for parking in the timed area. Otherwise, I believe there is open parking several blocks away.The only critique is that the hallway and stairway leading into the apartment was a little on the dirty side and there was an unpleasant smell. The property manager replaced a faulty Nespresso coffee machine when we were there. There is an issue with the washing machine: it dispenses hot water when one chooses cold, I had some woollens shrink. The main issue is the stench in the communal stairway. When we arrived it stunk to a point that takes your breath away and we were holding our breaths whenever we had to pass through input - no exaggeration! ##### Sascha M.
