They just have a guest services number to call for issues, which I did to report the bathtub/shower not draining properly. I received a curt response that I'd have to wait for the local team to contact me, which never happened, and the issue was never resolved.- Not amazing cleanliness. The seal of the front loading washing machine was moldy and smelled mildewy. A couple of the pans in the kitchen were dirty when we arrived.- Bargain basement paper products (toilet paper and paper towel) and no facial tissue. Recommend buying your own.- Provided portable A/C unit (the kind that vents through a wall) didn't seem to cool at all; just blew room temp air. The grocery store is a short walk away and the kitchen is stocked. The location is also perfect for sight seeing and shopping in Seattle.
