Our room had air conditioning issues , and we weren’t offered to move to another room. They did comp some things but it still made our stay not as comfortable with the stuffiness in the room..

My wife had an unfortunate accident down the street from the hotel and ended up in the emergency room - we had planned on going to Europe that afternoon but she ended up in the ER - the entire hotel staff could not of been more helpful in arranging another night in the same room / arranging morning transportation to the airport - and they even had a get well card & a wheelchair waiting for use when we got back from the ER - could not say enough about their kindness

Probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in a long time and I am a germaphobe. The hospitality is excellent, I have only praises to sing. We come to Seattle a few times a year, this was our first visit to the Fairmont and have decided to stay here exclusively when in town. A good hotel room can make or break a trip, be it for business or pleasure, we’re so glad we found the Fairmont!

A bit disappointed especially with the food. I had higher expectations considering how pricey it is. Room service was awful, I’ve had better food at Denny’s. What is listed on the menu does not match what is presented. It’s too bad because the hotel is beautiful but I think we will stay elsewhere next time.

I always try to stay at the fairmont and I was disappointed this time. 1. They have not brought back their house car ( fairmont complimentary transportation) since Covid. 2. They promote BMW bikes that could be rented and after we filled out the forms to ride them they were broken 3. The rooms were very noisy and the AC didn’t work 4. When we expressed our concern to management, the manager asked our room number, told us he would send something to our room as a thank you for our feedback….. and then never followed through. Completely forgot about us.

The hotel is old but well maintained and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. What I didn’t like was all of the hidden fees and nickel and diming. The room rates are already expensive enough without the exorbitant parking fees, daily experience fees and especially hidden dining service fees which are added unknowingly beyond already having left a generous tip. Additional multiple taxes take the cost to stay here over the edge. I was also grossed out noticing the dining room busser clearing tables then resetting the cutlery and especially handling the forks by the tines after touching dirty dishes. I won’t stay at Fairmont Hotels again in the future.

It is an old building but maintained very well, clean and very roomy. Staff are very courteous and pleasant. Dinner served by the hotel restaurants and cafe were outstanding. The only complaint I have is the areas surrounding the hotel turned extremely quiet after 8pm. Everything closed. I didn’t feel safe to walk around

We enjoyed all the restaurants and coffee shop. The room was great and spacious. All but one stiff member was helpful and friendly. There was receptionist that was rude to us and didn’t full fill any of our requests but when we called down later to confirm our taxis were ordered and why we hadn’t received the supplies we asked for Carolyn remedied that for us.

The hotel lobby was amazing, sadly, that’s where the amazing factor stops. The hotel room was not worth the money. The window was broken and would not close all the way, making for a very loud night when trying to sleep. The tv was so far from the bed that you would have to squint your eyes to watch it. Lastly, the staff had said that they had upgraded my room to a deluxe, however, that’s the type of room I had already booked. Would not recommend.
