Step outdoors to two peaceful seating areas; sip your morning coffee in the garden nook or fire up the BBQ grill and relax on the covered porch. Noise Considerations: This is a peaceful neighborhood, but you may occasionally hear planes flying overhead. Normal sounds from the upstairs neighbors, including the washer and dryer and everyday household activity, can also be heard. Most guests find it unobtrusive, but we want you to be fully informed. Interaction With Guests I'm available by phone should you have urgent needs or you may message me via the app. I live off-site but should you have any emergency issues, either I will come fix them, or send a handyman if I'm unavailable. However, the host gave detailed instructions on finding the house which I am grateful for. It was smaller than I anticipated but it was clean and quiet. It is the downstairs basement area of a house, so be aware you will have upstairs neighbors. I wouldn't recommend it for people who are over 6 feet tall, there's a low ceiling. Other than that, it was fine for a one night stay and located not far from the Museum of Flight. ##### Karie B.
