(His puppy is adorable if you get the chance to say hi.) It is a basement apartment, but it has wonderful windows so it doesn't really feel like a basement at all. Comfortable, thoughtful with little things around like power strips and snacks, and in an excellent location close to trails, the childrens hospital, University Village, and UW. I could easily and safely walk to these locations, even when it was dark. The property manager was also very quick to respond and pleasant to communicate with.
