Really well located for local attractions such as Green Lake Park and the Zoo. The overall neighbourhood seemed quiet, but the rental itself was fairly close to a main road, the immediate vicinity of which which we did not feel comfortable venturing near at night. Problem was with the shower door it was installed incorrectly (opens towards inside with minimal area to access)not ADA, not recommended for children or large people until corrected or shower is used with door open. The bathroom light over the sink went out. That showed that all 3 glass globes were extremely in need of cleaning. Also the shower is very hard to enter and close the door.
