It could really use a fresh coat of paint and a good cleaning on the top of the trim and door frames!!! Now, the all important coffee situation!!! There are 2 coffee makers; a Keurig which even on the strongest settle made a cup of coffee that you could see through and then the espresso machine that wasn’t much better!!! Also, there isn’t built in A/C but they have “portable” ones in both bedrooms and the living room!!! The only thing is, you can only run 2 at a time or you will trip the circuit!!! It even tropes on us when we had 2 going as well as the fan!!! Then there is the parking!!! When we were leaving, we assumed we could just press P on the elevator and it would take us to the right underground parking!!! WRONG!!! We ended up touring 2 other garages and after some frustration, went outside and walking to Battery to find the right garage and entered with the fob from there!!! We were leaving for a cruise and we could walk 2 blocks with our luggage. It was also in walking distance to space needle and pike market. The condo was roomy, comfortable and had everything we needed. The gym and pool were great too! Make sure you eat at the Italian restaurant right at the building's entrance.
