Welcome to our charming studio unit, a cozy nook within the warm house that offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. As you enter, you'll find yourself in a thoughtfully designed space where every square foot is put to good use. The main area serves as a versatile living room, bedroom, and dining space all in one, creating a snug and efficient environment.

At the heart of the studio, a comfortable queen-size bed promises restful nights, while a inviting couch offers the perfect spot to unwind. Here, you can enjoy your favorite shows on the TV, whether you're in the mood for some free YouTube content or want to log into your Netflix account for a movie night.

The kitchen, though compact, is well-equipped to meet your culinary needs. You'll find all the essentials: a practical stove and oven for cooking meals, a microwave for quick heat-ups, a handy coffee machine for your morning brew, and a refrigerator to keep your groceries fresh. It's perfect for whipping up simple meals or storing leftovers from your restaurant adventures.

Adjacent to the main living area, a dining table with four chairs provides a nice spot for meals or perhaps doubling as a workspace if you need to catch up on some emails. We've also included a stackable washer and dryer unit in the studio, so you can easily take care of your laundry without having to leave the comfort of your space.

Overall the experience and property were great!! The check in was easy and not many check out rules to make the stay easy and enjoyable. It was a little strange to ask guests not to flush toilet paper due to sump pump but did not impact our stay. The thoughtfulness of having child hangers was nice and the overall place was very clean and quiet.

Bring your own towels

The place was clean and organized. And that's about where it ends. We were two adults, staying for three nights. We were provided two towels and one washcloth. I reached out to the owner to clarify that two people get one washcloth and to request two more towels and one more washcloth, and was told we were given our allotted amount and was instructed to do laundry. However, the dryer vent must be clogged because nothing was drying. Even on timed dry cycle, the timer would go from 40 minutes to 3 minutes quickly. It took no less than 50 tries in the dryer to get my clothes dry. Also, the bed is like a giant soft marshmallow. Not at all comfortable for two people. And finally...the toilet issue. They are on a septic so, as usual, nothing but toilet paper and human waste should go in the toilet. But no...!! We were not allowed to put our DIRTY toilet paper in the toilet. We were instructed to use the trash can. So, not only could one of us not was our butt with a washcloth, but our bathroom smelled like poo because we couldn't flush it. I would have reached out to the owner with my concerns, but doinf that the first time didn't even get me one more washcloth. I was just told to do laundry on my vacation. And the lock box was broke to get into the apartment. Thankfully a key was also provided.

Just okay

This inside was decent (except the "couch" was literally 1.5 feet tall...for a child!), but we had problems with the heater. We reached out to the owner and didn't here back (and we were there for a week). Also the electronic lock on the door was wonky and beeped for no reason. We reveryed to using the key and that was also wonky.One last thing... the outside area left a lot to be desired, pine needles everywhere, very sparse for plants, comfortable places to sit and not inviting at all.
