Upon check in, I was greeted from the reception desk and made a great experience recommending the next door restaurant, amazing food! I didnt get her name but she was fantastic. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again If I visit Seattle

This was a very pleasant way to handle a late-night arrival at SeaTac. The front desk gave me very helpful, simple directions to get me to the courtesy-shuttle pick up area, and the shuttle was prompt, comfortable, and convenient. The whole process was zero-stress, and the room was clean and comfortable overnight. I couldn't be happier, and I will definitely book again on my next trip. I certainly would recommend making a reservation; the hotel was full and they were turning away walk-ins the night I arrived.

We stayed here one night. They did not pick us up at airport after I called. The front desk person told me I must have been at the wrong spot even though we were at the location of all the hotel pick ups. Waited there about 15 minutes. Aside from that, the bathroom door stuck when shutting (one of those pocket doors), so we couldn’t shut it. I wasn’t expecting too much but there are plenty of options in the area. Go with another one.

This is the perfect hotel for a long airport layover. Close, convenient, and the staff were so nice. They also pack you a bag breakfast!

Nice, clean hotel with a teadmills, a bench and free weights. Friendly hotel staff and the Sharps Roasthouse across the parking lot has great bbq.

We called for the hotel shuttle after we landed but the hotel staff just hung up on us multiple times. Rooms were very noisy at night (can hear everyone and everything outside our room). In room AC was way too loud. Overall, a dated, below average place to stay. Breakfast staff were amazing!

This is our go to hotel. We love everything about this place. What we appreciated the most about our most recent stay was that the staff allowed us to stay just a little longer than the 11am checkout because the flight we were catching was later in the day. It was so nice. We feel like the staff here goes out of their way to be nice. We love them.

Nice inexpensive hotel. Staff nice. Wish there was ice machine on each floor- was broken on first floor. Decent breakfast buffet. Would stay here again.

Really appreciated the 24/7 free airport shuttle - such a blessing after a complicated and tiring travel journey. Beds were very comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the morning.

The staff are welcoming. Courtesy given when questions are asked for eateries and shuttles. This is our third time staying here making our way to air travel. We also learned that we stayed at a coast property on Kauai, Waimea Plantation Cottages. We enjoyed that stay very much!

Great location to get to the airport, great dining next to the hotel. Friendly service, building is a bit dated but appeared to be kept up well. The air unit in the room was making a whining sound, but I just turned it off as the temperature remained comfortable. Very quiet room. Shower door and some of the towel racks could use some general maintenance attention, just from use over time (in my opinion).
