### Cheerful 4-bedroom home with pool and cabana

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Outdoor heated swimming pool; cabana w/flat screen tv, sound system, ice maker & refrigerator. Built in gas firepit on the patio deck overlooking the swimming pool. 15 mins to Downton Bellevue & 12 mins from Seatac Airport. High end stainless appliances & gas cooking. Custom lighting & sound throughout & all new baths w/Bidets  
Other things to note  
Manager on site in a separate basement unit, feel free to contact for any issues or concerns. Please do not block the garage. There is parking on the front left side of the house next to the garage. There are ample parking in the street as well.
