This charming rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer, a dryer, fast and reliable WiFi, and one garage parking space with EV charger. Main level has an open living and dining space, convenient powder room and a spacious kitchen. Sliding doors off the living room take you to a West facing balcony with charming street view. The top level features 2 bedrooms each with a Queen bed, and a full bath (shared). Lower level includes a home office/guest room with Full sofa-bed, and a large 1-car garage equipped for any EV charging. Great location! There are many restaurants and shops only a mile away. The entrance to Carkeek Park is right across the street, you can hike for a mile through the park to get to Carkeek Park Beach. Ballard is also a 5 minute (2.5 miles) drive away. Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes The home is located on a busy road so you can hear some noise in the rooms facing the road, which means the home office, living room, and master bedroom. Be very careful going up and down the stairs. We needed a place for our family to stay while our bathroom was being remodeled, so we needed a home away from home. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were clean. We found the road noise to be a significant disturbance from 5am to about midnight even with the windows closed. The days were pretty warm during our stay. And, without air conditioning, the temptation to open the windows was great but the noise was too much. The provided fans were quite noisy as well and so offered no real relief. We also had two cars and found street parking to be a challenge. We did find consistent parking on a street a few blocks to the southwest. Otherwise, the house was fine. There were cooking implements, a washer, dryer, and dishwasher that worked well. We didn’t use the TV. The Internet dropped off for a bit one day but was otherwise consistent. ##### Lincoln P. The property management responded quickly to all our last minute requests to book initially and to extend our stay. Everything was clean and ready. The property is on a very busy road. As mentioned in the listing, the garage will only fit a true compact car, otherwise plan to park and walk. Séjour de 8 nuits en juillet 2023 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Joel M. 25 juin 2023 Points faibles : Propreté #### Renter beware — inaccurate listing, poor cleaning, ridiculous property manager Beds dirty and unmade when we arrived. We had to do laundry immediately because we arrived in the evening. Not enough linen for all the beds! Finally made beds around 11:00pm. Did I mention there’s a steep cleaning fee on top of the rental fee? Trash on the floor. Noisy street out front. Listing mentioned a Tesla charger in the garage. The day of check in we were informed that the garage doesn’t fit a regular car and the charger is unreachable. We actually managed to get the charging port of our car close enough to charge but the charger is installed wrong and blows fuses when in use. Looks, this is a fine, albeit cheaply appointed, apartment. But the terrible cleaning staff and property management company combined with the noise and misrepresentation mean it gets a “1” Renters, don’t rent from “Air Concierge”. Property owners— avoid them, too ##### Joel M. It is also well located near several of the venues for our larger family gatherings. We were unable to park our rental car in the garage because the garage only accommodates compact cars (there is street parking nearby). ##### Daniel G. Séjour de 3 nuits en septembre 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Fotios B., Colorado Springs, CO 12 sept. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Great Townhouse in a convenient location. The townhouse is located on Holman Road in Greenwood. The road is a busy north/south (primarily) main road, and it allows for quick access to a number of places, including the Ballard Neighborhood. Carkeek Park, a large, beautiful city park, is near the townhouse. There are a number of restaurants nearby, and grocery shopping is also close. It’s also very easy (go 1 mile due east of the townhouse) to get to Aurora Avenue, which gets you into the Fremont Neighborhood, and downtown fairly quickly. The three level townhouse was fully stocked with kitchenware, coffee, linens, bath and laundry items, making our ten day stay very “homey”. The upright fans do an excellent job cooling a room, if needed. The communication between us and the owner was top notch. You could not ask for better responsiveness and updating. ##### Fotios B.
