The only complaint I have is that the sofa bed was not usable. The property does not sleep 10 only 8\. That was unexpected and was my 1 guest had a terrible sleep. Quiet neighborhood, great indoor and outdoor spaces, and plenty of street parking. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout curtains/blinds in the bedrooms were greatly appreciated! There were a couple of inconveniences: no oven mitts, no kitchen towels, no hand soap in the kitchen, and only one sheet pan for cooking. Cleanliness has some room for improvement: underwear in one of the dressers, dust on most flat surfaces (besides the kitchen), and the showers in the bathrooms could use a more thorough cleaning. None of these were major issues for our group but something for others to be aware of. One area of concern that we noticed is that some of the windows were unlocked upon arrival and some doors didn't have locks, including the door from the garage into the house. This made us uncomfortable since there was no way to check that the garage was secure from the outside without entering this space which was off-limits to guests. ##### Sarah M. Upon entering the house was in another set of steep stairs with no railing. To go downstairs was yet another set of steep stairs with no railings. I don’t even think this is legal. It certainly isn’t in California house dirty and cold. The TVs did not work properly, and the one in the bedroom had to be unplugged. By my daughter, who had to move a heavy fake unusable fireplace, the electric lights flickered off on in the kitchen, and I could not find a way to turn them off. The neighborhood was noisy with drag, racing cars up and down the street. I would never stay there again ##### Laddia S H.
