Also minutes walk away from Swedish Hospital, Harborview Medical Center and Virginia Mason Medical Center. Close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet street and sidewalk! The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 1116 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no steps to entrance. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, hallway bath with bath tub & shower combo. Air conditioned • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day.
