It is a day bed, with a metal frame and loose pillows. So, when you try to relax, your head is hitting metal unless you have configured the pillows just right, and there are no arms. And you're sitting on a mattress. It would be so simple to put in a small sectional that would provide much better seating. 2) The only tv is on the first floor with the uncomfortable day bed. There is a bedroom on the 2d floor - no tv - and a bedroom on 3rd floor - no tv. So no watching the news in the morning or lounging while on vacation. Never thought of this as a potential issue when renting a place because it was a first for us. 3) not a single drawer in either bedroom. There is a small desk in the corner of both rooms. Would be so easy to switch those out with a small chest of drawers. So you can't unpack anything from your suitcases or move in it all. You are living out of your suitcase that you have to pull out of the small closet everytime you want something. 4) The WORST - the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The have some sort of air pump(?) that is supposed to adjust "firmness". Definitely didn't work. Our backs hurt so we dragged the day bed mattresses up 3 floors. Kitchen was very well stocked. Kitchen was fully stocked as well as bathrooms which was great. Only reason I gave 4 stars for location is various homeless people near proximity to property. I know the owner and property have 0 control over this, and this is a problem throughout most of Seattle, however just wanted to point out in case property owner needs to be made aware. ##### Jessica W.
