We had a phenomenal time staying here- perfectly located right next to Climate Pledge arena where we saw Olivia Rodrigo and were able to walk all over Seattle-no rental car needed. Since you are close to the Climate Pledge arena, we were stuck with event parking prices. I would also suggest an eye mask if you are sensitive to light while sleeping.
