This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step at the entrance. \*\*Floor Plan\*\* • First Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining. Do note that Capitol Hill is a densely populated area so street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. One drawback is the king bed on the third floor is inside a frame on the floor.
