Small living space on ground floor is ample for a couple people but the lights were too bright and "cold" throughout. Host should consider some dimmers, or lower Lumens. Let me explain: Check in was SO EASY! The location was great, it was close to restaurants and stores, we even could walk to The Paramount for our show. The rooftop was great and has a view of the Space Needle, but it’s not very practical as the only way to get there is three flights of stairs and through the primary bedroom. The bathrooms and kitchen were beautifully appointed and felt high end. However, there were not any regular sized glasses, there wasn’t a broom available and only two rolls of toilet paper for each bathroom for a week stay. The beds were extremely comfortable (so much so that I’m trying to find them for my own!) The couch is very uncomfortable and way too small which means there’s not much seating. Ostensibly, a two bedroom townhouse could accommodate a family, but not the furniture. I had family members sitting in the floor which wasn’t comfortable at all and with no broom or vacuum available, got quite dirty. The bedrooms also lacked someplace to put clothes and such (no dressers), the one bedroom had no nightstands or lamps. Overall, we were satisfied, just mentioning that there are many improvements that could be made. Seating being the main thing. As I said, great, quiet location and the neighbourhood coffee shop is fantastic! My kids live up there and I would definitely consider staying there again!! Checking out was a BREEZE! ##### Caren N. The location is conveniently located walking distance from great restaurants and bars. We spent every morning enjoying the rooftop view. This was an excellent spot for us. The house is clean, furnished with everything we needed, and very comfortable. The location was easy for us to get around and the parking pass made having a car very easy. The hosts were excellent about staying in touch and they also allowed us to extend our stay by two days without much prior notice. The townhome was clean and very well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the rain shower in the upstairs bedroom was a welcome luxury after a few weeks of travel. The rooftop deck provided a beautiful view of the city and sunset. Also the location is fantastic with a very easy walk to restaurants and sights. Host was very polite and responsive. Such a cute neighborhood with easy walking distance to some of the best spots in Seattle. The view from the roof top was also amazing.
