The private unit is located within 15 minutes’ drive to downtown and the airport and 5 minutes to the Fauntleroy ferry terminal for trips out to Vashon Island or the peninsula. This 3-story modern loft offers a little something for everyone. The loft is located within a modern, 3-story townhome. Enter on the ground floor and ascend the stairs to the open kitchen, dining and living space. Be careful if you have a lot of bags, It can be a little awkward upon entering as there isn't much space before you head up the stairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook, make coffee or tea. There’s a sectional sofa and a huge bean bag you can cozy up on in the adjacent living room. The master bedroom and bath occupy the third floor - a loft, open to the kitchen/living space below. The bedroom is open and airy with lots of natural light from the skylights and a cozy queen bed. There is plenty of closet space to store your belonging.
