Coffee pot and heat did not work upon arrival, was 45 degrees in there, contacted vrbo host, didn’t get a e mail back until mid morning, they dropped off a new coffee maker, which was nice, but the heat never got resolved in the three nights we stayed, was very cold and uncomfortable.
