It features one king bed, two queen beds, two sofa sleepers, and two living rooms, offering a cozy place to relax. Enjoy large windows with beautiful lake views, and a peaceful setting. Whether you're planning a getaway or just need a relaxing stay, this home is a great choice. \*\*This is the upper unit of the house. The lower unit is currently unrented, so you won't have to share the house with anyone else. This 3B1B upper unit features three bedrooms (with 1 king bed and two queen beds) and two sofa sleepers for flexible sleeping arrangements. It includes two living rooms, providing multiple areas to relax. The unit is equipped with a kitchen, a full bathroom, and a laundry room for added convenience. 2 free parking on premises is available for guests. You will have access to the upper unit of the house. I won't be available in person, but you can get in touch with me via Airbnb messages. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience. 3.【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 4.【NO ANIMAL】 Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. 5\. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house. 6.【Self Catering】 This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost. 7.【Early check-in】 We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100\. Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready.
